Aftercare Program

After Care Support Programs

Holy Land Wood and Stone has helped deathcare
professionals keep their name in the homes of the families they serve.

Our keepsake gifts convey a significant message of
love, compassion, and comfort. Our keepsake gifts provide a daily reminder of
your kindness during a difficult time you thought enough of their family to
give them something in remembrance of their loved one.

Touch is very important during times of grief and
bereavement and having a tangible item that is in some way connected to their
loved one will help them feel connected, and grounded
and can calm their nervous system.

There are many ways to use
our keepsake gifts to help build your business. The most frequent of these are:

1. Pre-need: as an incentive for pre-planning and leaving a heartfelt gift when their family needs them most.

2. At-need: as a fitting reminder of the service that you provided and that is placed with the deceased along with the surviving family member cut from the same stone.

3. After-care: as a lasting source of comfort and peace of mind to additional family members.

a. After the service, you can ask for additional names of family members who would like to receive a keepsake, please know you can select how many additional keepsakes you would like to offer.

b. Once you have their names, address, and phone numbers, Holy Land Wood and Stone will mail the keepsake out directly to the person to receive the keepsake with a note on your behalf and encouraging them to keep it as a remembrance gift and an eternal connection.

c. About two weeks after the gift has shipped an experienced aftercare specialist from Holy Land Wood and Stone will call the family members on the list to confirm they received their keepsake along with providing a survey of their experience with the funeral home and if they have considered making their arrangements in advance. When they express interest, that lead will be forwarded to you along with the survey.
